THE STORY

A severe autoimmune disease halted his career as a competitive swimmer, but at the same time, it sparked an incredible personal journey that began in the academic world and continued in the ancient Eastern traditions.

Movement Culture is the most important thing to acquire in a world where the mind is increasingly agitated and the body increasingly immobile, where motor regression is drastically lowering the quality of our lives.

Think about it: you may be loaded with money, but back pain prevents you from even taking a plane to a place you've always dreamed of visiting.

Or you may have the job you've always dreamed of, but you're not aware of your breath.
